Corporate Branding + Poster Series
PROJECT: CORPORATE ID + POSTER SERIES DESIGN
CLIENT: RIMTEC CORPORATION
SP Studios was contracted by RIMTEC CORPORATION (Riken-Mitsubishi) to develop the look-and-feel/corporate identity for their corporate headquarters by designing an on-site motivational poster series. We provided the design-concept, copy writing, development, pricing, vendor coordination, and project management for the 32 unique posters in the series. The posters focus on the corporate mission and objectives – highlighting RIMTEC’s most valued resource – their employees. The final output was printed and produced on oversized, float-mounted, wafer-thin, metallic sheets — for a clean, modern aesthetic.

PROJECT: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

AXION INTERNATIONAL, Inc. hired SP Studios to visualize a new product – the STRUXURE® Construction Mat. We created a series of renderings using various textures, emboss patterns and configurations. In addition, SP Studios was contracted to develop the product line’s brand identity and logo – and design and produce all marketing and sales materials (online, digital, and print).

SP Studios was contracted by AXION to design and create the visual identity and display visuals for their marketing trade shows. We provided the design concept, digital imaging, photo retouching, project management, layout, production, and digital-illustration for booth banners, product sell sheets, advertising, and posters. Prior to the tradeshows, SP Studios also designed and produced the AXION logo and visual identity, the AXION website, and developed and designed the trademarked product logos and marketing materials for AXION’s STRUXURE® and ECOTRAX® product line.

PROJECT: PRODUCT BROCHURE
CLIENT: AXION INTERNATIONAL
SP Studios was contracted by AXION INTERNATIONAL, Inc. to create and design a corporate ID and Logo for their Recycled Structural Plastic and related Products – including a Construction Mat product. After successfully developing the STRUXURE® Brand Identity and logo, and a plan for the multiple branded products, we provided the design concept, digital imaging, project management, layout, production, photo retouching, and pre-press for all web, digital documents, print and trade-show materials – including this 4-page brochure. In addition to logo design and branding, SP Studios developed copy, headiness, tag lines, 3-d imaging, and photography for the project.

PROJECT: CORPORATE WEBSITE

SP Studios was contracted by AXION INTERNATIONAL, Inc. to provide creative design and brand consulting for their web and online presence – and to develop, create, design, produce and maintain their corporate website(s). We provided new site-wide information logic structure and site-wide website development, design, coding and production (HTML5/CSS). We refocused the AXION brand on product; shot new product photography; integrated new video library (YouTube, Vimeo), set-up new online document library and corporate intranet (Box); integrated social media accounts (FaceBook, LinkedIn, and Twitter); and integrated live SEC stock charts and investor-relations data feeds (QuoteMedia). By optimizing for search engine results, SP Studios was able to bring Axion International to the top of Google Search rankings in several key categories. In addition, we integrated live news/media feeds (Google); interactive timelines; and online mailing list sign-up and list management account (MailChimp).

PROJECT: CORPORATE BROCHURE

After designing their corporate website in 2010, SP Studios was hired by AXION INTERNATIONAL, Inc. to develop, design, write, and produce their corporate brochure. Working from a scattering of Powerpoint slides, SP Studios developed the creative concept and wrote the copy narrative for the 32-page brochure. We shot original product photography for the project – in addition to extensive retouching of existing images. The design and layout of the new website and brochure clearly established the corporate visual ID for AXION – a look and feel we reinforce in all other projects for AXION: print advertising, sales collateral, logo design, and all other branded communications materials.
