SP STUDIOS designed and produced an informational website and the logo and visual identity for WELL (Women Educators Leading Learning, New England), a newly formed .org focused on guiding women educators into leadership positions through education, mentorship, and career coaching. SP Studios was contracted by WELL to provide creative design and brand consulting; logo & visual identity design – in addition to the website architecture, prototype, screen designs, coding (HTML, CSS), keyword and SEO, and domain transfer/launch.

SP Studios designed and produced cover design and marketing materials for BLISS TAVERN MUSIC PRODUCTION, LLC recording artist Lydia Gray (with Ed Eastridge) for the release of her single in 2023 “Sign Your Name…”. The project included: original cover-art design with digital retouching; online Instagram & Facebook animated social media posts and pre-release posts; writing and distributing press release; development of ‘Spotify for Artists’ verified artist account and profile; development, writing, and pitching a successful ‘Spotify Playlist Pitch’ (Spotify’s “Bossa Nova Covers“ Playlist); managing monthly Spotify Discovery mode campaigns; website design.

SP Studios was contracted by RABADAN LAB at COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY to design a PowerPoint presentation template, as a part of redesigning their logo and visual identity. We provided the design concept, development, project management, and production for the 20-slide Powerpoint presentation template – as well as the logo, a digital stationery template, and other communication materials. The identity design also included: color pallette, type fonts, and final logo files with alternate ‘stacked’ and ‘horizontal’ formats – plus a 14-page, digital Design Guidelines Booklet to help promote consistency.

SP Studios was hired to design, edit and produce a 19-minute video interview with a recent Civic Science Fellow. In addition to editing raw (online) Zoom-video and audio footage, the project included: title-logo design and title-intro animation, screen design and production, audio-editing, and online delivery of the final video.

PROJECT: PROGRAM BOOKLET
SPONSOR: Stand Up To Cancer™ and NSF
For a two-day, virtual, global, academic-conference on cancer research – co-sponsored by Stand Up To Cancer™ and the National Science Foundation (NSF) – SP Studios worked to produce a Program Booklet (PDF) and visual identity. The Program Booklet included cover illustration with event logo and original thematic-background illustrations, introduction, schedule of events and speakers, biographical sketches, committee member biographies, and photos. In addition, SP Studios designed and produced other digital conference materials: the conference logo, virtual background screens, and PowerPoint template screen designs for use by conference participants.

We created the event logo, background-motif, cover-illustrations, and a variety of Virtual (Zoom) backgrounds in various shades – plus, PowerPoint templates that were made available to the speakers and presenters. SP Studios Photo and video concepts (preliminary design concepts and edit tests). Working from a series of photos by Scott Park, several edits were done in Adobe Premiere Pro including overlay compositing of 3-d snow effects, and video edits.

SP Studios was contracted by RIMTEC CORPORATION (Riken-Mitsubishi) to design and produce a Video Presentation Loop. In addition to the presentation loop, SP Studios provided the design-concept, copy writing, development, pricing, vendor coordination, and project management for the 32 unique posters in the series. The posters focus on the corporate mission and objectives – highlighting RIMTEC’s most valued resource – their employees.

SP Studios was contracted by RIMTEC CORPORATION (Riken-Mitsubishi) to develop the look-and-feel/corporate identity for their corporate headquarters by designing an on-site motivational poster series. We provided the design-concept, copy writing, development, pricing, vendor coordination, and project management for the 32 unique posters in the series. The posters focus on the corporate mission and objectives – highlighting RIMTEC’s most valued resource – their employees. The final output was printed and produced on oversized, float-mounted, wafer-thin, metallic sheets — for a clean, modern aesthetic.

AXION INTERNATIONAL, Inc. hired SP Studios to visualize a new product – the STRUXURE® Construction Mat. We created a series of renderings using various textures, emboss patterns and configurations. Prior to the tradeshows, SP Studios also designed and produced the AXION logo and visual identity, the AXION website, and developed and designed the trademarked product logos and marketing materials for AXION’s STRUXURE® and ECOTRAX® product line.

SP Studios was contracted by AXION INTERNATIONAL, Inc. to create and design a corporate ID and Logo for their Recycled Structural Plastic and related Products – including a Construction Mat product. After successfully developing the STRUXURE® Brand Identity and logo, and a plan for the multiple branded products, we provided the design concept, digital imaging, project management, layout, production, photo retouching, and pre-press for all web, digital documents, print and trade-show materials – including this 4-page brochure. In addition to logo design and branding, SP Studios developed copy, headiness, tag lines, 3-d imaging, and photography for the project.
