PROJECT: CONFERENCE LOGO 2010
CLIENT: CANCER INSTITUTE OF NEW JERSEY
SP Studios was contracted by the CANCER INSTITUTE OF NEW JERSEY (CINJ) to develop, design, and produce various materials for the 2010 Governor’s Conference. In addition to branding the conference event with this logo and visual elements, SP Studios developed, programed, and produced an Interactive Video CD for distribution – that included footage of each presentation – and we designed and produced the 20-page, color program booklet – with speaker bios, conference summary, and schedule. We also designed and produced: on-site signage, name tags, dinner menus, etc.

PROJECT: SPECIAL EVENTS - 75th ANNIVERSARY (2005)
CLIENT: INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED STUDY

SP STUDIOS designed and produced a series of invitation packages (invitation, reply cards, outer and reply envelopes) for each of the schools at the renowned Institute for Advanced Study to celebrate the Institute’s 75th Anniversary. Creating original photography of the campus, and digitizing the 1930s sculptural-relief medallion (created in 1930 by Pierre Turin), SP Studios used iconic imagery, unique asymetric tri-panel design-form, and metallic inks to code each school and their invitation and program materials - blue for mathematics, orange/copper for historical studies, green for natural science, etc. The Mathematics event was so successful, it garnered a cover-article in “Notices of the American Mathematical Society” in which the event invitation was reproduced (p.859) – and an additional mention specifically calling out the event branding and visuals and applauding it’s cohesive design (p.840).

SP Studios was hired by INTERNATIONAL HOUSE (NYC) to design their planned giving marketing materials and the development of the ‘Harry Edmonds Society’ – a new giving group focused on planned giving and bequests. SP Studios provided the design concept, digital photography, digital imaging, project management, layout, production, and pre-press and print management for this 36-page (+fly-sheet) color, perfect-bound booklet. In addition, NYC digital artist Scott A. Park, founder of SP Studios, shot original imagery for the front and back covers.

We provided the design concept, digital imaging, photo retouching, project management, layout, production, and digital-illustration for multiple projects – banners, flags, exhibit signage, special event invitations, programs, posters, displays, press kits, etc. – all the signage, car plaques, and banners in and around Rockefeller Center. The Louis Vuitton Classic at Rockefeller Center drew more than 4.2 million visitors. This tumble-fold, color flyer was a give-away at Rockefeller Center.
