Cancer Research Academic Conference

SP STUDIOS was hired to design and produce a logo and visual identity for a national cancer research academic conference hosted by CINJ (The Cancer Institute of New Jersey). The event, “The Governor’s Conference on Effective Partnering In Cancer Research,” featured presentations by eight renowned cancer scientists. Working from video footage recorded by CINJ, SP STUDIOS edited, designed, programmed, and produced an interactive CD-ROM containing the full digital video of each presentation. In addition, SP STUDIOS designed and produced other materials for the event including the event logo; a 20-page, full-color informational program booklet; event signage, a dinner menu, name tags, and other event-related graphics.

SP Studios was contracted by the CANCER INSTITUTE OF NEW JERSEY (CINJ) to develop, design, and produce an event logo and various materials for the 2010 Governor’s Conference. In addition to developing, programming, and producing an Interactive Video CDROM for distribution – that included footage of each presentation – SP Studios designed and produced the 20-page, color program booklet – with speaker bios, conference summary, and schedule. SP Studios also designed and produced: on-site signage, name tags, dinner menus, and more.
